How to Place Your Order

We have two options! You can download and fill out an order form OR you can place your order the old-fashioned way.

If you have either Open Office or Microsoft Excel on your computer, just download the appropriate version of the form linked below and follow the instructions included on the form.

The forms:

• If you use Microsoft Excel, download this form: January 2012 Order Form.xls
• If you use Open Office, download this form: January 2012 Order Form.ods
• If you use neither, please place your order the old-fashioned way!

Step 1: Look at the Menu

Begin by reviewing our available items and price list.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Send the following information to order@thefoodforall.org:

Contact Information

1. Your name
2. Your email address (if different than the one you are sending this email from)
3. Your phone number

Item Purchases

For each item you purchase, please list the following information:

1. The name of the item
2. The quantity of units desired for that item. PLEASE NOTE: There is a strong possibility that you will receive less than you have actually ordered for some items, and if this should happen we will issue you a refund for the difference. For more information on why this is, please read the "Ordering" section of our "Frequently Asked Questions" page
3. The amount you owe for the item, which will be equal to the cost of the item per unit multiplied by the quantity you have ordered.

Order Total and Special Arrangements

Finally, please provide:

1. The total amount owed for your order
2. Any special arrangements required for your order

Step 3: Pay For Your Order

CLICK HERE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. The link will take you to the PayPal page we have created for this order. Here you can complete your order by completing the following steps:

1. Enter the amount you owe in the "Item price" box
2. Click on the "Update" link
3. Proceed to pay for your order with a valid credit card, debit card, or your personal PayPal account (if you have one that is)

You will receive a confirmation email after we have received both the order and payment. We will also contact you if we have any problems with processing your order.
